Definitely agree with Platinum/Phantom/Lex that the REASON why we were able to access the Special Access Program is because there are no viable alternatives. It says as much in the announcement....
"Canada’s SAP exists so that lifesaving technology not currently available for commercial use in Canada can be provided when there are no other commercially available alternatives are suitable."
