Your plan only works if the SP gets somewhat north of $29 to entice option holders to exercise. If not, my gut feel is they don't exercise, and simply use their privileged position on the register to be at the front of the queue at a new CR at a lower price than $29...I.e. for working capital we really need those options to be exercised sooner than later, and, with SP the way it is, i think the cash burn is going to force the company's hand to raise that additional $50m that you refer to as the next capital injection. Dilution pain spectrum all hinges on the options imo, which of course hinges on the SP, and that needs non-retail investors to start buying on market to raise the SP and to date, insto's have shown they just don't have any real enthusiasm to do so. Relying on fresh retail investors isn't going to get us there. We desperately need new, larger investors on market, there just doesn't seem to be any interest at all - and this has always been the case.
