If we are not going bankrupt or selling of assets in another fire sale then the share price will sky rocket given how well TAVR is going.

Otherwise, there will be a desperate cap raise. We might scrape by (highly diluted) or we will be sold off for parts - both outcomes are pretty ugly.

Wouldn't say it is a 50/50 bet because surely they have been working hard on this (and wouldn't have raised their salaries without a reasonable expectation of not going broke). But it is definitely binary - win or lose - place your bets! We will know one way or another by the end of the month (quarterly) they cannot report a low bank balance without a partnership or cap raise.
