I ran a very comparison between TOE and BOE today.
BOE obviously have a plant to get them started but then plan to do an upgrade
meanwhile it will cost them 92 million dollars to press the start button.
TOE from what I could find needed approx 200 million dollars to build a plant but are currently running a study whereby they'll produce Vanadium as a byproduct, so it'll be interesting to see those figures.
Their resources obviously have some differences but overall grade and resource size are in the same neighbourhood. Both are permitted to mine.
TOE MC 85 million
BOE MC 513 million.
I know u can drive a truck thru this comparison but the point is TOE might have some room to move. As others have pointed out it probably
just needs to get thru the 2.3 cent raising price.
