I agree the H & L market addition is a significant upgrade to this business.
It is a screaming buy to me @ 1.2 and have jumped aboard accordingly.
Highlight's for us are Vendor to receive consideration shares at deemed 1.8cps
$2.5mn warranted future receivables ($5.9mn total consideration)
$1mn of cash settlement can be converted to loan with payment then due 31/12/17.
$500k cash upfront payment only.
Enhanced management team with new additions.
Growth in immigration with many immigrants required to buy new property only, please correct me if I am wrong on this one?
As market tightens is Real Estate market, all developers will probably want as much exposure of their projects, which should add to listings.
IMO, focus is on increasing market share, not worrying about contraction of overall market.
