I hope that another, still unknown company will make a better bid for ESS.
I find the previous bids ridiculous to outrageous.
Neither the Tinqi bid nor the DVP bid convinced me in the long term.
The previous bidders probably believe, that the shareholders are stupid and do not know the true value of their company. I will definitely vote with "NO" if the stock price doesn't rise significantly by then!
