perhaps he should take his dads advice … the offer for ESS and the circumstances leading to it might deliver a win for MIN and DVP but at the expense of ESS.

DVP is fully priced and looks ready for a correction, hopefully not as large as that MIN is undergoing. As is the offer effectly means ESS holders are selling low and buying high never a good strategy.

And who knows what behind the scene deals have been done … maybe PD will get flicked back to MIN with a quick profit for DVP to sink into the other high hope they have.
