I was in these forums back in 2020 and back then the commentary was Ess have been very slow and management have been looking for a way out for years. seems like nothing has changed. bill has an underground mining ark who, in my opinion, will expedite mining and bring value to all shareholders. there is a premium to bring lithium assets online asap, and ess will be gaining access to world class underground mining experts to deliver this.

I sold out of ess back in dec 2020 when they did their cap raise. would have made a bit of coin had I stayed, but in my opinion, that would have been down to the broader lithium space than management.

this is a great deal for both companies.
