I sold out of ess back in dec 2020 when they did their cap raise. would have made a bit of coin had I stayed, but in my opinion, that would have been down to the broader lithium space than management.

this is a great deal for both companies.

MIN stiffed ESS holders to deliver this no cash offer in a fully priced wannabe

As for Underground… what underground it will be open pit
