    DVP shareholders in the future would NOT go for the idea of "flicking" ESS's assets to MIN without a substantial profit. Ellis and Beamont, probably tie up on processing at Mt Marion is the current bro plan..

    For me. I am thinking of voting no if close to negative outcome, hoping for a spoiler party to buy between 10-20% in the meantime to really make DVP sweat a little. IGO would be nice.

    I do think our near Kal assets are the major draw, but those Pilbara tenements aren't too badly placed either for a large lithium strike. Some lovely contiguous ground not too far from major roads and along major geo features for lithium projects in development.

    Not enough, agree Mal. MC does seem too low comparatively to broad sector. ESS is suffering, the only reason I can see is low drive too conservative management, we aren't closer to double our MC.
