    The market is discounting the DVP SP as it relates to the SoA pricing.

    Not sure about the quality assets bit and you missed that fact DVP is trading at near highs. The big hopes for DVP are the LTR contract and turning a quid on what others couldn't.

    As a script only bid its woefully low.
