Maybe there's a BB premium but if he pulls off his vision then it's still cheap.
I talk with people who work in mining and the best operators want to work for them, with all the new gear.
I remember being pissed when OZL took over AVB but, with hindsight, it was a great move.
DVP will bring this project to fruition far more quickly than ESS could dream of, imo.

And with prtty much the same dilution as ESS shareholders would have suffered to bring the project to production. Plus we get a share of all that DVP is now and will be. And we get superb management to boot. This is a done deal.
