    That is how I see it too. Our management has agreed to an even worse deal from a previously bad deal. I keep hoping for a new bidder. The deal with DVP surprises me anyway. How should we become dependent and be linked to another share price?? And what do we get, if DVP shares fall? Then we can give away our shares right away.
