I think that people should have a cursory look at what DVP has before they spread their venom on current ESS management and try to tell other shareholders how they should vote. The Woodlawn deal was an absolute steal, and that is not just my opinion. You will see that Bill Beament make a success of the contract venture and generates considerable profit without investing a lot of capital. he has the experience, expertise and the runs on the board. DVP will develop and extensively explore Pioneer Dome without significant further dilution. ESS shareholders still hold an interest in the current ESS assets after the takeover and probably with similar interest they would hold after development as a stand-alone venture after raising the capital necessary to do the development. I might add that those shareholders offering their criticism of current ESS management on the basis of the exploration success of CRR should tell us how they expected ESS to finance the exploration in Canada as well as the additional expenditure to expedite Pioneer Dome
