MIN currently have 19.99% of ESS. If DVP acquire ESS, this share will decline to 12.9%. With MIN owning such a low share of the DVP, they are in no position to dictate what DVP can and cant do.

Somehow I don't think MIN blocking the TLEA deal was executed just so that DVP could make the acquisition.

Note, MIN have been selling down DVP. It doesn't appear to me that they are happy bedfellows.
