The CEO B Beament by then has put about 50m of his own hard earned into this company. That should give some sort of confidence.
Once everything is done and dusted with ALL outstanding options converted there still will be well under 300m shares issued. That's what you can't really call massively diluted.
Fair enough you personally don't like this deal but you should stick to the facts as they are.
I am ESS holder as well and happy to take DVP script because this company has a proven top notch management and is getting things done.

Lol the facts are.... There will be massive dilution at DVP 28,000,000 shares at 75 cents per share just for starters.

The number of shares is a furphy.... Stick to the facts and use the % dilution that is to come.

The other problem is there is a lack of integrity in a bid that pitches ESS holders would effectively buy in to DVP at 3.40 plus but immediately sell off (more dilution) millions of shares at 3.20.

Can they be trusted to actually do anything more than flip PD back to MIN ?
