For the most part I agree with you. I don’t think this scheme is a particularly good deal for ESS holders, but, considering the management we have, our potential for value accretion will be higher as part of DVP.

I should have known better than to buy into an exploration company that isn’t headed up by a Geologist. I got my first parcel at 20 cents so the return isn’t bad, but it’s been very disappointing to see the lack of enthusiasm and drive to develop and explore their assets.
