obviously having a geo head up an exploration company isn’t a ticket to riches, there is still a need to come up with an investment thesis based on their assets and prospects. I only invest in miners and explorers for the most part and while not all of them can be winners, this is the first company I’ve bought into where I’ve seen just a general lack of ambition/interest.

It is a fairly reasonable assumption though that a Geologist is at least going to be somewhat more enthusiastic about exploration.
