I haven't finished my due diligence on DVP as yet, I was referring more broadly to the likelihood of Pioneer Dome being developed under their ownership when compared to our management who have clearly displayed very little interest. DVP is obviously headed up by Bill Beament, who has a solid history, although there is probably something of a 'BB' premium in their share price.

They have two development projects already, one of which is supposed to be producing in the not too distant future. They are also in the process of trying to build an underground mining services contracting business, an area where Bill apparently has a great deal of experience.

I wouldn't say they have no substance, but I also couldn't say they don't have a bloated MC at the moment as I'm yet to conduct a thorough valuation of their assets.

I haven't decided yet how I will vote my shares.
