I felt much the same as you when OZL took out AVB. AVB were at least in production and, with the benefit of hindsight, it was a blessing. It was a half cash, half share offer, and the shares were $8 to 9. Sold them for around $26.
When I look at what the AVB ground turned out to be and the fact they would have always be financially battling, it was a great thing for AVB shareholders.
And can you name these ' not exactly dummies' so I can compare their records to the DVP u/g team or is it just another throw away knock on DVP.
