IGO if interested, should make a counter offer immediately to try an knock the the DVP raise on it's butt and limit the amount it will pay for ESS.

For MIN, doesn't really seem to give them "more", not currently a huge stake in DVP, Packages it up into DVP, where MIN may have a longer term plan to TO?
