I would have to vote against deal at present.
DVP needs to improve the offer now its share price has tanked. Didn't get a part of the LTR underground business so it's sum of parts ain't what it used to be.... ESS also under some pressure from near term downturn in Lithium prices.
Better just to stick for myself. DVP can jump.
