At what point will MIN management have to put ALL MIN's shareholders interests first and vote NO or get the deal changed to be 1 for 5. MIN paid up to 58 cents cold hard shareholders cash for its ESS shares. Giving them to a "mate" at a massive discount would not seem to be in ALL MIN's shareholders best interests
