Lets hope the IE uses Mals technique of Scoping study inferred pricing as a new valuation model when coming to their decision. Hopefully Mal can forward a copy of his chapter to the IE in time for this valuation method to be incorporated, perhaps if nothing else it will put the IE in a good mood after reading.
