Absolutely - voting yes, IMO, will essentially mean we get new management. This current management, Timmy O'Toole, will never progress this stock to where it ought to be. Bring in DVP and let them have a crack. Yes, it's obviously not ideal at the price we will be getting our shares converted, but if they manage to extract from PD what Timmy O'Toole has yet to try and do, then presumably their SP should inevitably rise well past the 56c equivalent.
