Understand your thinking hope that new management allow the project to progress.

• No certainty this would occur, my short experience of DVP management hasn't left me feeling confident.
• Too cheap for DVP exchange, might think about 5.5 shares of ESS for 1DVP. I can't give away my shares in ESS.
• Dilution into other projects that DVP has aren't that exciting to me.

The rapid change in DVP down is very uninspiring. There is little to suspect DVP would rapidly recover to 56c...of at all.
