Keep your old fella in your pants. This is not shareholders dumping because they are uninspired about the deal/lost faith in DVP. Stock is being professionally shorted because pre-vote and sector weakness due to China, plus big risk on trade globally (see high decades record high bond yields in Japan and US), make for easy short term profit with minimized risk (for those who play the short game). These guys will cover at first turn. They are not investing their kids college funds, they do it for a living. Let it play out or bail.
