Hi Superchicken, no that’s not correct, from the voting deed it’s clear that MIN has agreed that it will be voting it’s shares in favour of the scheme. MIN owns the shares and the right to vote them, they have simply agreed to vote them a certain way, ie in favour of the scheme, in the absence of superior proposal etc
