Have to go way back 5/1/23 to find ESS at a lower price than today. The DVP takeover not doing us any favours atm with its share price tanking. I’m voting No at this price. There are plenty of independent holders not controlled by MinRes or that also hold DVP. If they vote No the scheme fails. Need to get small holders interested enough to vote. Only need 50% of holders or 25% of shares to vote No.
