Hi gberra, yeh voter apathy will be an issue. MIN and their devotees on here will all vote, along with Board, but will the bulk of holders bother, thus likely handing us on a platter to DVP.

It will be difficult to get to 25% of votes cast when large holders/Directors voting for scheme if usual voter apathy occurs.
