    i thought I would have learned by now never to consider posts on hc as far as an investment decision is concerned. I was going to but ESS last week and reading the posts I thought I could get in comfortable under .40 but so much for that!!!

    Well done to those who held. On the plus side, you can continue riding the value of this asset and now other assets as well on the back of this dvp deal.
