    I'm in a similar position happy to see what develops - my average is 11.6c.

    Fortunately I sold 2/3 of my holding at 56/57c but held on to 1/3 as I thought there was some scope for an increased offer at the time.

    ESS IMHO is worth far more than the current price/current offer and for that matter what I pragmaticaly sold part of my holding for but right now it looks like the current offer such as it is will likely get up.
