    Hi @Names little, I see MIN loading their plant as a bonus, without the full exposure to operating the mine. This allows them to get on with their own ops, but still benefitting, via their substantial holding in DVP, from DVP's activities, well beyond ESS's assets.

    Every way I look at this it is a win for all parties, I do get that many ESS holders are miffed at what they perceive as 'lost value', but I firmly believe that any perception along those lines will be long forgotten with the inevitable growth path from joining DVP's diversified profile, and at a significantly accelerated rate, than would ever have happened, running their own race as ESS.

    I'll let time judge that hypothesis.
