    Its not a win for ESS holders. DVP is trading at near all time highs as the market has already factored in they might make the assets the previous operator sent to the wall turn a quid.

    Make a script bid using a high price in the calculations and at the same smash more shares onto the market at a significant discount looks a rather dishonest approach to me.
