Fair enough @readyaimfire, appreciate your POV.

As I say, time will tell if it turns out well for you and other ESS holders. My personal feeling is that the ~15% difference between the ATH and current DVP SP will be comfortably swallowed by LTR contract, or a few other catalysts in the near term offing.

You may not have considered how much your ESS shares will be worth(well above 56c) if the DVP SP increases significantly between now and October!?
