MIN is obvious of the opinion that having DVP look after MIN's 19.55% interest in ESS is a better proposition than having the current ESS BOD look after it.

In other words the current deal is a no hassle win for MIN.

When PD goes in production, the ore can be trucked to Mt Marion for processing, which makes more sense than trucking it to Greenbushes' processing plant, or Esperance for export.
