Hi Cabe, thanks. Unlike some, I only see that “value” occurring as the asset gets developed and into production with a lot of risk along the way, particularly around funding. So I am looking at the deal as a positive compared to where we sat last week. The combined MC of DVP and ESS should assist with funding alternatives but given DVP is not a massive company like MIN then still allows exposure to the upside as our small asset gets developed. And MIN”s still involved for those that see that as a benefit.

May have to read up on DVP, from brief reading holders seem impressed with their management.
