Thought TLEA backed down to take bidding heat out, didn't want to drive MIN into a corner for a bidding war, MIN signalled no intention to TO at the time. Now DVP with MIN has pushed IGO into a decision point.

MIN can't creep up, DVP is locked by scheme, both can't really advance their total shares in ESS... TLEA is free, can do what MIN did and wait to the very end.
