given dvps market cap, it's not like ess will be shafted by this deal. if you have a top quality race car you want a race car driver in the seat. talk of Chinese deals on this forum, but why would you want that in the current geopolitical environment. I used to hold ess and have recently started investing in dvp. great outcome for both shareholders in my opinion.
