You have to ask yourselves
Do you want to be having the same mental debate in a year or two years time?
Sure ESS has other minerals in its portfolio but right now Lithium is hot, it only makes sense to make hay whilst the sun is shining. I'm sure we can all agree that battery chemistry is evolving faster than we would like, who knows what tomorrow's news will bring.
I'm also sure guys are aware of DVP's capabilities, why 2nd guess an offer that is the quickest way for you create wealth ?.
