I just wonder how much pressure this will put on the share price? I can currently buy ESS shares at $0.51. If I multiply that by 6.18, that implies that I am getting a DVP share at $3.15 in 4 months time.
Either DVP should go backwards or ESS should go up???
The more I think about it, how can purchasing ESS shares not succeed. They are currently drilling and should have results soon. If they have a "Stonker", vote No and find a better takeover option.
Of course, if DVP drop to $3, I've paid too much and then I lose. Again, vote NO.
Just a simple thought process.
