I feel the need to give Bill the benefit of the doubt.
It is not a straightforward situation to start a mine atm. When he got into NST it was a time commodity had gone into bust. Labour and machinery were abundant and cheap. It was an ideal place to start a mine for an economically savvy manager. Now it's the opposite environment to operate in.
Patience yes patience.
Removing "Bill effect" on this company, his participation proves the asset valuable. And he has expanded the underlying asset massively from VXR days, and will continue to do so. Doing that alone would one day prove to bring good returns on our investment.
