There's been some days on the DW8 HC that are just absolute stinkers... I remember thinking pages 208 & 209 of "DW8 Growth" were probably the low point.

This one might go close. No offence intended to anyone involved, but one of the things that kills any forum on any subject is when discussing the topic becomes secondary to point scoring / settling with anonymous usernames.

It becomes more about a battle between personalities, rather than what brought those personalities here in the first place.

No one has the answers. There is a lot of black or white posted here - plenty of far better resourced investors (informationally and financially) apply all sorts of metrics and algorithms and end up with grey. They then take a chance, after putting the odds as muchbin their favour as possible. And a lot still get it wrong.

The desire that burns in people to be "right" online... Inlove being wrong, because it allows a chance to acknowledge and hopefully learn from a cognitive bias, and other people's experiences.

Also, it's the internet - a lot of very bored and poisonous people come on forums just to rile up strangers. In most cases, these "games" aren't highly resourced instos and boiler room manipulators...

They are bored, sad and angry prices out to needle strangers.

Leave the egos at the door, and let's discuss the good and bad of DW8 civilly like adults.
