They could, but would need to put in place what DW8 has implemented the last year or so, including suitable wine warehouses across the country, contracts with Aust post with priority delivery and an upgrade of their systems to be similar to DW8. They would also have to be competitive with DW8 pricing wise.
Most places like Boozebud don't want the hassle of the logistics side of things. DW8 provide the full logistic process and go to B2B soon.
If you read through the announcements over the last 2 years you will find the work that has gone into developing the DW8 platform.
