Would also be fitting to move towards KDY in the near future and consolidate, because let's be honest, Kaddy vs Digital Wine Ventures...it's a no brainer.

I understand the rationale of dw8 as a holding company where other brands, kaddy etc.. fall underneath, however we want future customers to easily know they can be a shareholder of Kaddy. "oh wow did you know Kaddy is a public company, let's buy some shares" etc...it's a lot harder to do this when a random unknown brand name is the public company.

The flow on effect of future customers wanting a piece of the action is precisely what drives an increase in SP (the art of a 100x bagger: growth in the company * growth in the multiple)...and Kaddy is exactly the type of brand that people get excited about.

And shout out to Dean for dropping an announcement outside of the boring last min quarterly releases...This IS an exciting company, in an industry almost everyone is familiar with, so there are things throughout the quarter that shareholders / media want to hear about. Let's hope a few media outlets run with this announcement today.
