10M cases x $16 (allowed for $1 per case price rise in 3 years) = $160M x 57% margin = $91.2M gross profit.
$230M revenue & $161.2M gross profit = 70% margin.
$161.2M gross profit less about $50M expenses = $111.2M EBITDA.
SP should be near $1.
