Its good to keep objectiveness but thats just a bit pessimistic.

We entered the market focusing on wine and leveraged good relationships to build solid growth within that niche.

From there it was obvious it would take years to build our own complete logistics wing, so we purchased ded a struggling partons at a bargain.

Then while building out our own marketplace, we notice Kaddy also being born and seeing amazing growth. At this point it is a no brainer that we should merge and create a beast instead of WD & KADDY fighting for clients in the future.
