I cant believe how badly they messed this up.

Announcing the CN deal with triton sent the share price down, and now they have to raise at a discount to an already depressed share price.

Really dont know how much worse this could have gone. The millions in market cap that have been wiped off just because of this managements inability to think out a way forward in a capital raise and only announce when it is secured is huge and tangible.

No doubt we will see the price go down to 1.1 now, as opposed to the same discount amount would have been 1.7 , if they announced the CR in place of the Triton deal. Just absolute amateur hour.
