Do you think they chose this deal coz it was the 2nd, 3rd or 4th best option?… capital markets are tight now, funding is dried up- it was \ is the best option for SH given the time critical circumstances. 2. Less funding less dilution- you can’t really complain about both lacking funding and increasing dilution congruently as they appear on opposite ends of the same line… 3.
