I also found the absence of a "directors are intending to participate" statement quite glaring... especially when DT said in the webinar that things prevented him from buying on market, and he'd love to buy at these levels.

The absence of it, of course, doesn't meant they aren't intending to participate necessarily, but it's an easy statement to make - that usually is - that engenders confidence beyond just a simple sentence.
